Researchers of Nagoya University used our BCR repertoire analysis and their paper has published in "Haematologica"

A research work of Dr. Hiroaki Hiramatsu in Department of Immunology, Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine has published in "Haematologica" titled "Landscape of immunoglobulin heavy chain γ gene class switch recombination in patients with adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma".

In this study, immunoglobulin heavy chain gamma (IGHG) repertoire was analyzed in 81 patients with adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma (ATL) and the frequency of class switch recombination (CSR) in the IGHG gene was found to be significantly lower in ATL patients than in healthy controls.
Furthermore, results suggest that lower CSR frequency in the IGHG gene is an independent poor prognostic factor for ATL patients receiving mogamulizumab treatment.
