Saga University researchers using our TCR repertoire analysis published a scientific paper in 'International Journal of Hematology

Dr. Kazuharu Kamachi in Saga University has published a paper in 'International Journal of Hematology', titled "Epstein-Barr virus-related diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in mogamulizumab-treated adult T-cell leukemia with incomplete T-cell reconstitution".

This study has reported an ATL patient who had received conventional chemotherapy plus moga, and subsequently developed EBV-related diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system.
Our T-cell receptor repertoire analyses identified residual ATL clones and revealed incomplete reconstitution of polyclonal T cells even after moga treatment.
Furthermore, the same ATL clones as that found in peripheral blood was observed in a skin rash that developed after moga treatment.
These results indicate that our repertoire analysis allow us to detect T cell clones and evaluate diversity with various specimens, and is useful for studies in hematooncology.
